The organization has five pillars configured for young people who are victims of the conflicts. In other words, strategic goals based on the pillars are areas of operation for Shalom Christian Organization.

Pillar One
Humanitarian Assistance for the youth
To rescue, rehabilitate and re-integrate youth from conflict infected areas and support them in by providing safe spaces.
Peace, Advocacy and Leadership
To enhance youth ability to advocate for peace and be peace ambassadors.

Education and Skills Training
To provide both formal and informal skills training for the youth for livelihoods, career development and general life skills.
Adolescent Health
To provide access to basic healthcare, and promotion of adolescent health issues.

Institutional Capacity Development
Develop institutional implementation capacity through training partnerships, policies, systems and embracing best practices.
